Seasonal (April 15th – Sept 30th) $3,200 + up, based on site location and # of boats
Seasonal sites are lakefront and include space for individual piers. Each site has water, sewer, and electric hookups available.

• Septic and water utilities included
• Electricity – each lot individually metered
• Individual dock space included
• Boat trailer parking included in-season
• Some off-season boat storage available
• No additional charge for off-season RV/trailer storage
• Garbage dumpsters with weekly pickup
• All sites are seasonal only for quiet family enjoyment.
